The 55th
reunion of the Nanticoke High School Class of ’55 is now history. Invitations were extended to other classes
of the 1950s. The ice breaker on Friday September 10 was held
at the home of classmate Adrienne Boyer in Mountain Top and featured music by
Stanky (class of 1954) without the Coal Miners with
about 78 in attendance. The informal
party was at The Casino at Glen Summit in Mountain Top on Saturday September
11 with about 80 in attendance. Check
the reunion page for photos from both events. Attendees from
other classes seemed to like the idea so we may hear from other classes
looking to renew friendships from the past. We hope that these
few tidbits of information will excite you about attending our 60th in
2015. If
you have not received any of our letters, please contact me at rhillman@ptd.net with your current address
and telephone number (be sure to include maiden name). I will make sure you are added to our
mailing list. If you have received our
letters, please let us know if you move.
If
you were unable to make the reunion last time, we hope that we will see you
